KUALA LUMPUR: The International Regulatory Conference (IRC) 2024, organised by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), is set to take place on May 6 and 7 to discuss, among others, issues related to emerging technologies.
According to IRC 2024 microsite, the conference with the theme 'Aligning Innovation with Safety for a Sustainable Future', will spark discussions on a myriad of innovations, emerging technologies, regulatory frameworks and approaches within the ambit of the communications and multimedia industry.
Minister of Communications Fahmi Fadzil is expected to officiate the conference, which will be held at the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur.
As the host of this global-reaching platform, MCMC envisages the conference as a platform where stakeholders from around the world converge to exchange ideas, share insights and explore the vibrant landscape of the industry.
