KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will deliver a special address at 9pm today.
In a social media post, Anwar said it would be aired live over all local media channels.
"I will use this opportunity to explain and provide enlightenment on various issues in and outside the country," he said.
