"As far as I remember, we met on Sept 16 last year when my wife was preparing to participate in the Hangzhou Asian Games.

"For some reason, I felt confident she was a good woman. What made me more attracted and fall in love was her sweet smile and blushing face when she was shy.

"But it was hard to win her over because she ignored me to the point where I almost gave up," he said when contacted yesterday.

According to Nor Syahidan, the first time they went out together, he took Noor Aishah to his family's home.

"Alhamdulillah, my family liked her and blessed our relationship.

"My wife likes to keep memories. Being with her, I've learned to be a sweet man, and most importantly, my wife is respectful and knows how to calm me down.

"My hope is that our love remains strong, that we are blessed with children, health, and strength to care for and love my wife until Jannah (heaven)," he said.
