Police seek public's help to find missing Indonesian girl

KUALA LUMPUR: The police are appealing to the public for information on a 17-year-old Indonesian girl who has been missing for a month.

Her parents had lodged a police report on July 8, a week after she went missing from her home in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.

Petaling Jaya police chief assistant commissioner Shahrulnizam Ja'afar said Nurhusaidafauziyah Usih was last seen at her house at Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara at 10am on June 30.

"She is 165cm tall and weighs 60kg, is dark-skinned with brown eyes and thin lips.

"It is learnt she is neither attending school nor working," he said in a statement today.

Shahrulnizam urged those with information on her whereabouts to call 03-7966 2222 or the nearest police station.
