Anwar visits Lucky Garden hawker centre

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today visited the Lucky Garden Hawker Centre in Bangsar, before going for Friday prayers.

Clad in mint green Baju Melayu, Anwar arrived at the hawker centre at 12.30pm and was greeted by the stall operators and lunchtime customers upon his arrival.

Accompanying the prime minister were Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil, who is the Lembah Pantai member of Parliament, and Kuala Kangsar MP Datuk Iskandar Dzulkarnain Abdul Khalid.

After having lunch, Anwar proceeded to the National Mosque for Friday prayers, located about 5km away.
