Police seek public help to find missing teen boy in Petaling Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR: The police are seeking public assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old boy, Alief Daniel Ghazally Abdul Ghaniy, who was last seen at his home yesterday.

Petaling Jaya district police chief Shahrulnizam Ja'afar said they received a missing person report earlier today at 1.15am.

He said Alief Daniel was last seen at his residence at No. 50, Jalan PJS 2C, Petaling Jaya, at approximately 11.50am on the previous day.

"Alief Daniel is described as 163 cm tall, weighing around 80 kg, with a stocky build and dark skin.

"He has short black hair, styled in a military cut, with distinctive features including almond-shaped eyes and a moderately broad nose.

"At the time of his disappearance, Alief Daniel was wearing a red school sports shirt with 'MARS' printed on the back, the SMK Taman Medan school badge and name on the left front, black track pants, and black school shoes," he said in a statement

Shahrulnizam added that Alief Daniel also carried a black backpack with 'ONE' written on it.

Anyone with information regarding Alief Daniel's whereabouts is urged to contact the nearest police station or the Petaling Jaya district police headquarters' operations room at 03-79662222.
