KUALA NERUS: The last day of Karnival Jom Heboh (KJH) at the Terengganu State Sports Complex in Gong Badak continues to attract large crowds.
The carnival grounds began to fill up with visitors as early as 10am.
A visitor, Siti Khalisah Mohd Shah Hilmy, 30, said she, her husband and their three children arrived at KJH in the morning to avoid congestion.
"Even though we live in Tok Jembal, which is not far from the carnival site, we decided to come early.
"I didn't expect there to be so many visitors here. I enjoy taking my children to carnivals like this and hope Media Prima Bhd will continue to organise similar events in Terengganu."
Shahaimie Zainundail, 38, an employee of Terengganu Water Supply Company, said he and his wife, along with their two children, travelled from Besut to KJH about 8am.
He said they arrived at KJH at 9.30am.
"There are many exciting activities for families."
