KUALA LUMPUR: The three-day Karnival Jom Heboh (KJH) begins today at the Terengganu Sports Complex in Kuala Nerus presenting various exciting activities and entertainment for the whole family.
KJH, which was named the Longest-Running Field Event by The Malaysia Book Of Records (MBOR) for lasting over 20 years, returns to Terengganu after two years.
Since its establishment in 2003, KJH has succeeded in drawing an extraordinary response from visitors.
This year, KJH has already been held in Sarawak, Putrajaya and Melaka, attracting more than 300,000 visitors at each location.
From now until Aug 3, visitors in Terrengganu will be able to check out the Studio Tonton Drama Sangat, Studio Jom Heboh, The New Straits Times Press Berhad, Hot FM, and Kool 101 booths at the venue.
Visitors will also have the chance to meet and be entertained by top celebrities like Sophia Albarakbah, Hazama, Aiman Hakim, and many more.
Additionally, TikTok Creators will flood the KJH site in collaboration with the TikTok Awards, set to take place on Aug 11.
Another highlight at Studio Tonton Drama Sangat is the lucky draw segment offering a variety of exciting gifts, including the chance to win a 65" Samsung Smart TV as the grand prize each day.
To participate, visitors can register as new members and subscribe to the Tonton plan for a chance to win in the daily lucky draw.
This year's KJH in Terengganu will also feature educational and Islamic programmes to enrich the minds and souls of visitors.
The programme lineup includes the Program Selawat Perdana (Aug 1), Program Akustika Jom Heboh, and Malam Senandung Jom Heboh (Aug 2 & 3), featuring renowned local singers such as Naim Daniel, Black Hanafiah, Ameng Spring, Tomok, Joey BPR, and more.
New attractions include the NSTP 'Petting Zoo', the Vocket Street Soccer Tournament '1vs1', and Jom Kreatif @ Galeri Prima.
