KUALA LUMPUR: Rescuers from the Fire and Rescue Department will enter the sewers "upstream" from Wisma Yakin in a bid to find the woman from India swallowed up by a sinkhole in the Masjid India area last week.
Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) said today manual shoring and excavation works had already been carried out, while a K9 unit has been deployed to assist in locating the victim.
"At the same time, ground penetrating radar (GPR) work by the Minerals and Geoscience Department continues and will resume tomorrow," it added.
