KUALA LUMPUR: Dewan Rakyat speaker Tan Sri Johari Abdul has postponed the parliament sitting for 30 minutes due to the heavy rain.
"Out there, it's raining very heavily.
"Some roads have started flooding and many members of parliament are stuck (on the road).
"Therefore, I am using Standing Order 12(2) to postpone this sitting to 10.30am," he said.
