KUALA TERENGGANU: Yayasan Pembangunan Keluarga Terengganu (YPKT) is in the final stages of developing the 'Jodoh Darul Iman' app, designed to help the state's residents find a life partner.
YPKT shared the update on their official Facebook page, announcing that the app is nearly ready for launch, with only a few final adjustments left.
Developed by Top IT Industries Sdn Bhd, the 'Jodoh Darul Iman' app is specifically created to help Terengganu residents find a partner.
"On Nov 3, a briefing was held at YPKT's Meeting Room 2 to discuss the progress of the 'Jodoh Darul Iman' app. The app is now 97 to 98 per cent complete," it said in the post.
The free app is designed to make it easier for Terengganu folk to find a partner, and the briefing included discussions on various improvements to ensure it functions smoothly and meets user needs.
"With the launch of this app, we hope to help the people of Terengganu build stronger relationships and strengthen the family institution in the state," YPKT added.
According to the official YPKT website, the app is aimed at providing a simple and accessible platform for unmarried individuals to find a suitable partner.
There are a few conditions to use the app: applicants must be Terengganu residents aged 21 or older, and those seeking a partner must be either unmarried or single parents looking for a match.
Additionally, the app is intended for first marriages only, and cannot be used for the purpose of polygamy.
