SHAH ALAM: A total of 107 academic and administrative staff members from Universiti Teknologi MARA's (UiTM) Communication and Media Studies Faculty pledged their commitment to combat corruption within the institution when they took their Corruption-Free Oath (IBR) today.
The faculty's dean Associate Professor Dr Abd Rasid Abd Rahman said the IBR serves as a reminder for everyone in the faculty to corrupt practices and strengthen integrity at the institution.
Abd Rasid also said that the oath-taking ceremony reflects faculty members' commitment to fostering integrity in all aspects of our work.
"We believe that integrity and professional ethics are the fundamental pillars for maintaining the institution's image and credibility," said Abd Rasid in his remarks during the oath-taking ceremony.
Present was Selangor Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission assistant commissioner Rosmadi Kassim.
