KUALA LUMPUR: Former Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin has been sacked from the party.
The decision over his fate in the political outfit was made when the party's supreme council met at Menara Dato' Onn here.
Sources said the Umno Supreme Council also decided to suspend Barisan Nasional treasurer-general Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein and former Umno information chief Shahril Hamdan.
