[Unofficial]: PH candidate claims victory in Bandar Utama

KLANG: Pakatan Harapan's (PH) Bandar Utama candidate Jamaliah Jamaluddin claimed she has unofficially won the constituency with a 26,957 vote majority.

Jamaliah said this upon arrival at Wyndham Hotel, here, where Selangor PH and Barisan Nasional candidates will converge for the state polls results announcement.

Jamaliah thanked her voters and hoped the results in other constituencies will be in PH's favour.

"We must ensure PH's win and it must be two-thirds majority to form the government," she said.

Unofficial results at Press time showed Jamaliah's opponents, Perikatan Nasional's Aliff Taufid and Muda's Abe Lim received 3,970 and 1,912 votes respectively.

More PH and BN candidates are expected to make their way to the hotel once the results of their respective constituencies are officially announced.

Also spotted was PH's Seri Kembangan candidate Wong Siew Ki who has unofficially obtained 39,684 votes.

She went up against PN's Ken Liau and independent Serdang Wong Jung Lik who have unofficially obtained 3,524 and 1,229 votes.
