Time management helps in dealing with stressful varsity life

University students must deal with mental health issues, especially for those swamped with work and unable to get rest.

There are methods that can help students cope better.

The most important thing is to be aware of the surroundings they choose to be in.

Other factors include what kind of person they choose to be in their life?

What is the mindset or thinking they have?

Is it the healthy kind or toxic for them? I ask myself these questions whenever I'm in a new environment.

Building a support network by maintaining communication with our trusted ones can provide emotional support.

To avoid completing assignments at the last minute, students can use planners and apps to keep track of assignments, exams and deadlines, and to establish a study routine.

All these will reduce anxiety in their lives.

The most crucial part is how students manage stress. I think time management is key to dealing with that.

I sometimes find it difficult to manage my time during a busy period.

But I've gradually be able to figure it out.

For instance, by breaking tasks into smaller steps. I do my assignments and revisions separately instead of doing them all at once.

By doing that, I am able to sleep better.
