72 per cent take-up for new condo project, despite Covid-19 slowdown, says WCT Land

The residential project is the second component of W City OUG @ KL and is scheduled to be completed in 2025.

It comprises three towers - Tower A with 32 storeys, Tower B with 41 storeys, and Tower C with 51 storeys.

The three towers have a total of 940 units featuring eight layouts options, ranging from 808 square feet to 1,378 square feet.

Tower A registered 72 per cent bookings before the official launch on October 31, despite the pandemic-related slowdown, said WCT Land chief executive officer of property development, Ong Chou Wen.

Ong said the fast take-up for Tower A is attributed to strong demand for freehold and affordable luxury condominiums among first-time home buyers and young families.
