Phase 1 of Trinity Wellnessa, which is located in Beverly Heights, Ampang North, has achieved sales of RM156 million since its launch last September.
According to Trinity Group, the first phase, comprising 237 condominiums, has been fully sold.
Trinity Wellnessa is a joint venture between Trinity and Oxley Holdings (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
The project has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM315 million. There are two 30-storey towers with a total of 463 units. Both towers are expected to be completed in 2025.
Because of the positive response for Phase 1, the second phase was unveiled on April 14.
Phase 1 consists of 237 units and the price starts from RM563,888, while Phase 2 will have 226 units, starting from RM630,000.
The typical units include three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and built-up areas of 1,008 and 1,286 square feet, respectively, with the latter being dual-key.
There will also be an exclusive 2,585 sq ft 5+1-bedroom, 5+1-bathroom penthouse unit with a price tag of RM1.55 million.
According to Trinity, the new-age condominium offers inhabitants an all-around wellness experience and aims to provide Malaysians with a holistic wellness experience as they go into the endemic phase.
Founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said that every property designed by Trinity aims to redefine and reimagine urban living.
"Our key focus is to deliver value to the property industry by being relevant and in tune with the needs of the market. Trinity Wellnessa is a project that we are immensely proud of as it is the first of its kind in many ways," he said.
The concept, design, and product of Trinity Wellnessa are all based on three fundamental wellness pillars, which are encompassed in its signature 'triple protection system'.
The first pillar, 'contactless technology,' blends wellness and technology to provide residents with a seamless contactless experience that promotes hygiene and convenience from the time they walk in the door.
The second pillar is 'wellness-oriented design,' which ensures that each unit is bright and airy, with 100 percent more lighting and ventilation than is required by code, to encourage a healthy quality of life.
The third pillar consists of around 30 'wellness-centric' services that all inhabitants can use without having to leave their homes. The floating theatre and the co-working lounge with Nespresso are two of the development's most notable features.
Trinity will launch next year Trinity Enlivea, adjacent to Trinity Wellnessa, comprising condominium units with a total GDV of RM515 million.
