Setia Awan Group has decided to open for sale its Phase 2 SOHO Transit 2 at Astrum Ampang, following the full take-up of its first phase, SOHO Transit 1, which was launched in the third quarter of 2021.
SOHO Transit 2 has a gross development value of RM3.13 million and consists of 1,360 units in Block R, each priced at RM230,000.
The 280 sq ft units are spread across 48 floors and provide residents with a panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline.
Buyers would be able to use a face recognition system as well as 62 facilities and 27 commercial outlets.
They will also have a brand new modern living experience with features such as air conditioning, kitchen cabinets, and smart home systems such as smart locks and Google Assistant.
