Putrajaya Holdings expects another fruitful year with the launch of its latest project in Putrajaya

Putrajaya Holdings expects another prosperous year with the launch of its latest project, Residensi Sakura, in Precinct 11, Putrajaya.

The freehold project has 463 medium-range apartment units spread across two blocks, with an appealing entry price point starting at RM350,000.

According to the company, 50 per cent of the units were purchased during the soft launch on January 28 and 29.

Putrajaya Holding said in a statement that it is giving substantial discounts to all Malaysian purchasers, as well as other exclusive deals such as zero percent down payment.

Residensi Sakura has a gross development value of RM240 million and is being built on a 2.19-hectare site.

The project offers six types of floor plans with built-ups of 828 sq ft, 957 sq ft, and 2,120 sq ft, with the latter being a dual-key unit.

It is slated to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.

The project was conceptualised with the vision of providing a conducive modern living, surrounded by both greenery and modern facilities, in line with the Putrajaya Masterplan.

Putrajaya Holdings chief executive officer Datuk Hashimah Hashim said the company believes in its role to build a vibrant city with a thriving socio-economic ecosystem.

"What we are striving to create here is a truly sustainable and progressive city. That has been our vision since our inception and we are very excited about the launch of Residensi Sakura because it marks another major step forward in that direction," she added.

According to the statement, Residensi Sakura is "an excellent investment option as well as the ideal home for the young and active modern family".

Schools, parks, neighbourhood communities, and recreational centres, including a swimming pool and sports facilities, are located nearby.

Other advantages of Residensi Sakura include its connectivity and accessibility to major highways, as well as its proximity to significant transportation hubs like the ERL and MRT Line 2.
