KUALA LUMPUR: The M Adora residential development in Wangsa Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, by Mah Sing Group Bhd features a number of noteworthy accomplishments, including the development's early completion.
The fully sold-out M Adora marks the developer's debut residential development in the well-established neighbourhood of Setapak.
M Adora obtained the highest QLASSIC score of 85 per cent for construction certification by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). This is the highest score among Mah Sing's M Series developments.
Additionally, 2.2 million man-hours of the total construction were completed without a lost-time injury (LTI).
This accomplishment supports the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, the founder and group managing director of Mah Sing, said this is evidence of the company's brand commitment to provide excellent customer service, sustainably run operations, and create high-quality and affordable homes.
"We are proud to be able to deliver this project ahead of schedule without compromising on its quality. M Adora showcases the delivery of our brand promise in providing modern urban sanctuary-themed homes that are affordable in a KL city location," he said during the celebratory night on Wednesday.
Leong said that Mah Sing is honoured to have earned the trust of more than 45,000 Mah Sing residents over the course of three decades of continual innovation and evolution to be at the forefront.
"We are excited to build even more affordable luxury homes and connections in the years to come," he said.
M Adora is a high-rise residential development with a gross development value of roughly RM399 million.
It consists of two towers with a combined 677 units, divided into three different unit types: three-bedroom units, three-bedroom units with an additional bedroom, and four-bedroom/dual-key flats. The built-ups range from 850 square feet to 1,200 square feet.
The residents of M Adora are treated to breathtaking views of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline and picturesque mountains from their homes.
In addition, they have access to the Sky Bridge and Decks on Level 29, which is situated between Towers A and B.
M Adora is also only 9km from KLCC and a mere 800m from Middle Ring Road 2. The project is also linked with a few main highways, such as Jalan Genting Klang (3km), DUKE (3km), Jalan Ampang (5km), EKVE (6km), AKLEH (6 km), and Jalan Tun Razak (8km).
The development features 35 exclusive facilities, including a cantilevered glass-walled gymnasium equipped with world-class technogym equipment and an Olympic-length horizon pool.
The project is designed with green and energy efficient features such as the use of energy efficiency lighting in common areas to optimise energy savings, cross ventilation in all rooms to enhance indoor air quality, rainwater harvesting in common areas, and three electric vehicle charging stations.
Leong said that after M Adora's success, Mah Sing decided to take advantage of spillover demand by introducing M Astra in the same location in December 2022.
Since its launch, M Astra has had a 99 per cent take-up rate, he said.
"I am pleased that our M Series continues to receive good take-up rates due to its attractive price points, practical layout, ample facilities, and strategic locations," he said.
Leong said he was confident of Mah Sing meeting its sales target of a minimum of RM2.2 billion this year.
"Furthermore, we are actively on the lookout for attractively priced lands to replicate the success of our affordably priced yet luxurious M Series developments," added Leong.
