Growth in Subang Heights suggests positive property outlook, says Berjaya Land chief

KUALA LUMPUR: The ongoing development and growth in Subang Heights, Subang Jaya indicate a positive outlook for property prices in the area, according to Berjaya Land Berhad (BLand) group chief executive officer, Syed Ali Shahul Hameed.

Syed Ali noted that properties in Subang Heights offer exceptional value for money, providing an excellent starting point for new homeowners.

He highlighted that this is an opportune time for first-time buyers to enter the market.

Considering this positive outlook, Berjaya Tagar Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of BLand, recently launched Pangsapuri Azalea, an affordable housing project under its Berjaya Flagship Affordable Homes (BFAH) scheme in Subang Heights.

This freehold project includes 402 apartment units, each with a built-up area of 900 square feet, featuring a dual-key concept with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Each unit is priced at RM250,000, with the project expected to be completed by 2027.

BFAH is a Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) initiative in collaboration with Yayasan My First Home Foundation (YMFH).

Syed Ali emphasised that the affordable pricing allows first-time buyers to invest in high-quality property without the financial strain typically associated with homeownership.

He also highlighted the benefits of the dual-key concept, which offers separate living areas for extended families, providing both togetherness and privacy.

Additionally, the extra space can serve as a home office for remote work or as a guest suite for visitors, enhancing comfort and privacy.

"Pangsapuri Azalea is not only an excellent choice for homeownership but also perfectly suited for first-time homebuyers as it is located in a desirable area with excellent amenities and transport links," he said in a statement.
