KUALA LUMPUR: MGB Berhad, a subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad, in collaboration with PNSB Construction Sdn Bhd, officially handed over the keys to the new homeowners of Rumah Idaman BSP in Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor, today.
Rumah Idaman BSP is the first of six Rumah Idaman MBI projects under MGB, an initiative by the Selangor State Government to provide affordable housing in strategic locations throughout the state.
The housing project features 1,312 affordable housing units across two blocks, with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM375 million. Each unit is priced at RM250,000 and comes equipped with essential appliances, including air conditioners, refrigerators, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, televisions, and water heaters.
Similar to other LBS developments, Rumah Idaman BSP homeowners can join the exclusive LBS Perks & Plusses Membership, a loyalty programme offering benefits and privileges designed to enhance their homeownership experience.

The handover ceremony was officiated by Menteri Besar Selangor, Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari, and witnessed by Lim, Datuk Borhan Aman Shah, Selangor State Exco for Housing and Culture; Datuk Dr Ahmad Fadzli Ahmad Tajuddin, Selangor State Finance Officer; Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar Raja Salim, chief executive officer (CEO) of PNSB; Datuk Dr. Juhari Ahmad, executive director of LPHS; and Isaac Lim, Deputy CEO of MGB.
Amirudin noted that the success of Rumah Idaman BSP and other Rumah Idaman MBI projects is due to their strategic locations, affordable pricing, and the inclusion of essential appliances.
Meanwhile, Raja Ahmad Shahrir expressed PNSB's pride in partnering with MGB on this affordable housing project.
He said that the collaboration not only aligns with PNSB's commitment to improving housing accessibility but also reflects the company's dedication to delivering quality and value to the community.

PNSB is a subsidiary of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB), a wholly-owned entity of the Selangor State Government under the supervision of Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated).
