Marking the start of this mega development, the property developer hosted an official groundbreaking ceremony with its main contractor, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), for the first phase-branded residence, the Skypark Kepler.
Set on a 4-acre site, Skypark Kepler has a gross development value of RM2.1 billion and will comprise two 54-storey towers with 848 fully furnished designer units. The units offer layouts ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms and come with high-end branded furnishings and fittings.

Tropicana also formed a partnership with Banyan Group, where the Singapore hospitality company will manage Skypark Kepler and provide its rental platform, Banyan Living, to its purchasers who want to rent out their units.
Tropicana chief executive officer Ong Chou Wen said that the developer will keep the retail units to ensure the right tenancy mix and that more information on the retail units will be announced at a later date.
"The collaboration with global corporations like CSCEC and Banyan Group, along with Tropicana's expertise in the property industry, has proven to be a successful formula. We received a positive response and attracted numerous potential sales leads," Ong" said.
