KUALA LUMPUR: A solid looking Pearly Tan-M.Thinaah charged into the women's doubles final of the Hong Kong Open on Saturday.
The world No. 10 downed Thai sisters, Benyapa Aimsaard-Nuntakarn Aimsaard 21-13, 21-18 in the last four at the Hong Kong Coliseum.
The pair will play the winner of the other semi-final match between Denmark's Maiken Fruergaard-Sara Thygesen and Indonesia's Apriyani Rahayu-Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti for the crown on Sunday.
It will be Pearly-Thinaah's second final appearance this season after the Malaysia Masters in May.
