KUALA LUMPUR: Fresh from winning the Lin Dan Cup last week, Cheam June Wei is on target to win back-to-back titles after reaching the Kaohsiung Masters men's singles final in Taiwan on Saturday.
The independent Malaysian shuttler defeated Taiwan's Cheng Kai 21-12, 21-17 in 31 minutes in the semi-finals.
June Wei will face Taiwan's Chia Hao Lee or Wang Tzu Wei in Sunday's final.
