KUALA LUMPUR: Darul Ta’zim will name a new head coach soon to replace caretaker trainer, Benjamin Mora.
The Johor Southern Tigers made an announcement on their Facebook page on Monday confirming that Mora will return to his original role as head coach of the Premier League side of Johor.
Mora was given the caretaker coaching job following the departure of Argentine Mario Gomez in January.
"Mora will return to his original role as head coach of Johor. He has been fantastic in moulding the young players for the first team,” read a statement by Darul Ta'zim sport director Alistair Edwards.
Assistant coaches Raul Longhi and Ismail Ibrahim will now conduct the training drills until a new coach is appointed.
