IF there were a Covid league in the AFF Cup in Singapore, Malaysia would be top of the table.
According to the AFF Cup organising committee, up to Saturday, the Malaysian team have the most number of cases, four, followed by Cambodia, one.
The other eight teams in the AFF Cup didn't score any "Covid own goals" as they have zero cases.
An AFF official said a Myanmar player was earlier placed in isolation but his result turned out to be a false positive.
The four Malaysians who tested positive for Covid-19 were goalkeeper Khairulazhan Khalid, wingers Faisal Halim and Akhyar Rashid and defender Quentin Cheng.
