KUALA LUMPUR: While journalists were eager to hear from Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) ahead of tomorrow's FA Cup final, their assistant coach Jose Lopez spoke only briefly at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil today.
Lopez attended the press conference on behalf of head coach Hector Bidoglio, while defender Junior Eldstal substituted for captain Jordi Amat.
Lopez offered minimal responses, saying "I don't know" and "I have no comment" to media questions.
The session lasted just two minutes, with Selangor coach Nidzam Jamil and captain Safuwan Baharudin waiting patiently to address the press.
This will be the first FA Cup final meeting between JDT and Selangor.
The Red Giants last won the FA Cup in 2009, while JDT are the defending champions.
