KUALA LUMPUR: Former Real Madrid star Jese Rodriguez is officially unveiled today as Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT)'s latest signing.
The Southern Tigers announced this on their social media platform. Rodriguez, 31, used to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid.
"Jese Rodriguez has played for major clubs in all top divisions. The two-time UEFA Champions League winner is now part of the JDT family," the club said.
With Real Madrid, Spaniard Rodriguez has won the Champions League titles (twice), La Liga crown (once), Fifa Club World Cup (once) and Copa del Rey (once).
A product of the Real Madrid academy, Rodriguez had also turned out for major clubs like Paris St Germain, Sampdoria, Stoke City and Real Betis.
