KUALA LUMPUR: Who will have the first bite at defending champions Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT) in the Malaysia Cup?
That unenviable task has been given to KL Rovers.
In the draw today, KL Rovers have been pitted against the Southern Tigers in the Malaysia Cup round of 16 which begins on Nov 20.
KL Rovers, who are just an A1 Semi-Pro League side, are seen as providing warm-up for Super League champions JDT.
Meanwhile Selangor will have a much tougher task against Sri Pahang in their Malaysia Cup opener.
