Earlier the 25-year-old Kedahan was in 13th after winning the London Classic on April 1.
National No. 2 Rachel Arnold maintained her 28th spot. But Aifa Azman slipped two rungs to 36th and her younger sister, Aira, dropped three rungs to 44th.
Ainaa Amani remained at 58th while Yasshmita Jadish Kumar moved up one spot to 72nd.
Chan Yiwen, who won the Asian Qualifier on Sunday to qualify for the World Championships, moved up four rungs to world No. 75.
In the men's category, Ng Eain Yow, who was upset by France's world No. 33 Gregoire Marche in the second round of the El Gouna International in Egypt last week, dropped two rungs to 18th.
National No. 2 Addeen Idrakie dropped one rung to 67th while Sanjay Jeeva dropped two rungs to 76th.
Syafiq Kamal moved up two places to 104th and C. Ameeshenraj dropped one rung to 109th.
