OCR intends to deliver the unrivalled sky-scape apartments by March of next year, according to Ong.

The Pano, which is derived from the word "panorama," is a low-density development that sits on 1.82 acres of freehold land.

With unit sizes ranging from 609 square ft to 1,831 sq ft, the apartments are designed for various family units.

The choices include one-bedroom studio units, two-bedroom and dual-key two-bedroom units, 2+1 bedroom, dual-key three-bedroom spaces, and duplex dual key 4+1 bedroom units.

"We are extremely proud of this development, as one of our key high-rise cityscapes with exceptional features to give city dwellers a metropolitan lifestyle like no other," Ong said.

One of the key innovations of the development which is rarely seen in local developments includes the automated waste collection system (AWCS) that collects and transports domestic waste in a safe, secure, seamless, and fast manner.

By speeding up the waste collection process through underground pipes from waste chutes and outdoor load stations into a sealed container, it achieves a high and sustainable level of hygiene for residents.

The Pano also incorporates a full suite of facilities, with Levels 6 and 7 dedicated to recreational elements including a floating sun lounge, 20m infinity pool, jacuzzi pool, outdoor function deck, and multi-purpose plaza.

Levels 25 and 26 features sky-themed landscapes including a sky theater, sky gym, and dance studio, sky game area, and sky dining, bar, and barbecue areas, as well as a 25m lap pool.
