Fauziah, 61, is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, United Kingdom.
She has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, having worked in three foreign-owned financial institutions.
Her last position was as Head of Client Credit Management and Bank Negara appointed Chief Executive Officer for the bank, a dual role she held for four years.
Liang Kok Siang, 61, has built an illustrious career with Shell Malaysia since 1981, completing his journey as the Managing Director of Shell MDS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, the gas to liquids (GTL) business with a manufacturing plant in Bintulu, Malaysia.
In the same company, Liang held the director and general manager for marketing and commercial role responsible for global marketing and sales, including logistics and customer service, and new business development.
As a member of the company’s leadership team, he contributed significantly to the turnaround of the company in 2003 and 2004 through a strategy of marketing GTL products into high premium market segments.
Liang is also the founder of BonusLink, Malaysia’s first premier consumer rewards programme, and a member of Institut Kimia Malaysia.
