KUALA LUMPIR: T7 Global Bhd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement with Eastern Pacific Industrial Corporation Bhd (EPIC) and CMC Engineering Sdn Bhd to explore the business opportunities in the construction of East Coast Rail Line (ECRL).
T7 Global executive chairman Datuk Seri Nik Norzrul Thani N Hassan Thani said strategic partnerships and collaborative business arrangements are the key factors to bring corporates to a higher level as the global economy speeds up.
“I believe this collaboration will leverage our respective strengths that will add signification value to T7 Global’s long term growth opportunities,” he said in a statement.
EPIC, a Terengganu state government-linked corporation, is a service and facilities provider principally supporting the marine and oil and gas services industries comprising inter alia an integrated customs bonded supply base, port management, fabrication, threading, shut down and maintenance services.
CMC Engineering on the other hand is the leading Engineering-Procurement-Construction-Commissioning (EPCC) solutions and services from project management, engineering design to commissioning, and support and maintenance within the public transportation industry - railway-related system works .
The company also actively involved in the oil and gas industry, specialising in solutions for electrical and automation, distributed control systems, SCADA and telecommunication systems.
