KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd’s subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has bagged a RM357.30 million contract from BBCC Development Sdn Bhd (BBCC) for the proposed of mixed development in Kuala Lumpur.
In an exchange filing today, Kerja Prospek said the contract entails one block of eight-storey car park podium with connection from parcel to parcel; six-storey car park; and two towers of high-rise buildings with 35 and 47 storey each, with a total of 666 units of service apartments.
Executive chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho said the main building works would contribute to such a grandeur masterpiece development in Kuala Lumpur golden triangle.
“With our strong outstanding order book of about RM3.1 billion, we expect this project to contribute positively to our top-line and bottom-line growth for the next few years,” he said in a statement.
The construction works of the project will take about 36 months from its scheduled commencement on April 23, 2018 and is scheduled for completion by 22 April 2021.
“The project is expected to contribute to the revenue, earnings and net asset per share of the group for the financial year ending from 2018 to 2021.”
BBCC is the master developer of the Bukit Bintang City Centre development, a joint development by Ecoworld Bhd, UDA Holdings Bhd, and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) which is set to complement the cosmopolitan grandeur of future living.
Strategically situated on a 19.4- acre prime address within the golden triangle, the company said it is truly a visionary, state-of-the-art integrated development and a masterpiece in the making.
“This project is our first contract award for the year,” it said.
