KUALA LUMPUR:Sunway Construction Group Bhd (SunCon) has secured a contract from Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) to develop a campus along Jalan Bangsar here for RM781.3 million.
SunCon said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia that it had received a letter of award from TNB today.
The project would boost its outstanding order book to RM6 billion, SunCon added.
The project, termed Project Platinum Main Building, is part of phase two of TNB's headquarters campus development.
SunCon said the works should be completed within 26 months from the date of commencement.
SunCon shares rose four sen or 2.5 per cent to settle RM1.63 before the noon break, giving it a market capitalisation of RM2.11 billion.
