KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Glomac Bhd is extending its Saujana Perdana development in Sungai Buloh with the upcoming launch of Dahlia Sari, another 120 units of two-storey terrace houses of its Sari series.
Chief operating officer Zulkifly Garib said this launch follows the overwhelming response to its HappyNest digital campaign launched in November 2020 and successful sales of Mawar Sari homes.
Dahlia Sari is priced at RM528,800 for an intermediate unit, with target completion by the first quarter of 2023.
"The HappyNest digital campaign had successfully attracted investors to purchase properties from Glomac, following the highly successful take-up of Mawar Sari launched in October 2020 and Tresna Triandra which was launched in July 2020.
"Both projects was launched during the pandemic," he told media at the Glomac's Dahlia Sari virtual briefing session today.
Located in the neighbourhood of Bandar Saujana Utama (BSU), Dahlia Sari remains an attractive option as it is the final plot of the Sari series landed homes development by Glomac there.
Dahlia Sari offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms thoughtfully designed houses within a built-up area of 1,815 to 2,175 square feet within its 22'x75' space.
It is also designed for spaciousness to accommodate large families, entertainment or simply for relaxation and comfort.
According to Glomac, Dahlia Sari is part of the 200 acres Saujana Perdana development which will consist of 2,018 units of residential and commercial properties on completion.
"Saujana Perdana annexes Bandar Saujana Utama, where a busy and thriving commercial square serves the two neighbourhoods.
"Both Bandar Saujana Utama and Saujana Perdana are matured developments, housing a variety of residential terraced homes," it added.
To date, Glomac has launched a total of 1,240 units of double-storey terrace homes in Saujana Perdana with a total GDV of RM700 million.
After Dahlia Sari, Glomac will shift its focus to commercial development in the area to increase the commercial activities and services for the residents of Saujana Perdana.
