KUALA LUMPUR: B+ Clinic aims to make premium aesthetic treatments accessible to the public while educating them on the processes that take place as they receive targeted treatments for their skin issues.
Emax Beaute International Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Wilson Lee said the clinic is serving the demand from the younger generation as its customers to educate them on aesthetic treatment and also allay fears often associated with aesthetic beauty.
"When people talk about aesthetic beauty, it is always associated with pain, and there are those who think it would make your face look different, but with our product, we want to inform them that not everything injected into your face will change your face shape," he told reporters during the launch of B+ Clinic at Damansara Uptown.
B+ Clinic is an extension from Beauté Library, which is a beauty centre that focusing on non-invasive beauty treatment that has been around since 2011.
The clinic's recommended entry-level treatment is the HA+ Collagen Complex Skin Booster Treatment, formulated with a blend of 48 different active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, collagen, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals like niacinamide and adenosine.
"People often have this perspective that aesthetic treatments are expensive and relevant only to a certain class of people.
"That is why we aim to be different by making our treatments affordable and accessible to a wider range of people," he said.
The treatment is suitable for all skin types and helps in refining fine lines and wrinkles, stimulating cell function, improving skin elasticity and texture, refining your pores as well as accelerating the skin's regeneration rate.
Lee said the clinic is determined to enable aesthetic treatments that can be enjoyed by the masses, hence why it had set an affordable price tag for its first trial.
The first trial of the HA + Collagen Complex Skin Booster Treatment is priced at RM199 in conjunction with the clinic's launch.
The clinic aimed to have approximately 500 customers every month, given that it already had an existing customer base that had pre-booked the treatments.
On its expansion plans, Lee said the team is targeting growth at a steady and sustained pace.
"We already have plans in mind as we are sourcing for potential areas, and plan to open more outlets. We need to make sure the company is stable and our customers know about the brand hence we are more focused on brand awareness strategies.
"All doctors are certified from local and international authorities and have also received adequate training where they are constantly pushed to improve their skillsets to provide faster and more effective treatment.
With current technology, Lee said each treatment would take 20 minutes but with more efficient care.
Lee added that B+ Clinic could provide anti-aging solutions for all skin complexes.
"We set ourselves apart from other players by ensuring we provide our treatments sincerely because there are still grey areas for aesthetic beauty treatments.
"We try to put a lower price tag so everyone with any skin problems can approach us, and we ensure we have the solutions for all their skin issues," added Lee.
