Ehsan Bina optimistic about ForestHill project sellout

KUALA LUMPUR: Ehsan Bina Group is confident that its ForestHill Residences at Damansara Perdana will achieve 100 per cent take-up rate this year.

Chief financial officer Jamie Lai said the positive outlook was based on the overwhelming response to ForestHill Residences.

The project has achieved over 70 per cent in sales since its soft launch in January last year for both towers.

"We believe that the demand for pure residential titled homes set amid nature's surroundings, with panoramic lake view and good accessibility to major highways, will continue to be strong.

"After all, we are a family run developer and our aspiration is to build family homes for others," said Lai at the grand launch today.

ForestHill Residences marked a significant milestone as the second phase of the company's largest development.

Units in ForestHill Residences range from 953 to 1,527 sq ft, featuring a minimum of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Prices start at RM580 per sq ft.

The development is distinguished by its green initiatives, including electric vehicle charging pods, rainwater harvesting, and a lake serving as an Onsite Stormwater Detention tank.

Located on a 4.29 hectares site, the project is a testament to sustainable living, preserving natural habitats while offering an urban oasis retreat.

It offers 618 condominium units across two towers and combines luxury living with sustainable design.

Bina Ehsan's current order book stood at RM 400 million.

The company, predominantly focused on construction, ventured into property development 15 years ago and has selectively launched a number of property development projects across various sectors.
