KUALA LUMPUR: RGB International Bhd's subsidiary RGB (Macau) Ltd has secured a contract worth US$81.33 million (RM382.97 million) from Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor).I
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the electronics gaming manufacturer said the contract was for the procurement of supply and delivery of slot machine equipment for casino Filipino branches.
"The project involves supplying of 1,968 electronic gaming machines (EGMs) along with their related accessories, LED signage and displays. "The services to be provided under this project include logistics arrangement, installation of EGMs, signage and displays, as well as engineering technical and product trainings," it added.
The company said the EGM brand and quantity includes 888 units of Light & Wonder, 888 units of Aristocrat, 150 units of Konami, and 42 units of KL Saberi.
RGB noted that the project will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.
The project is expected to contribute positively to RGB's earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 (FY24).
At the time of writing, RGB's share price was three sen or 7.23 per cent higher at 44 sen, valuing the company at RM681.14 million.
