KUALA LUMPUR: Minetech Resources Bhd's wholly-owned Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd has received a contract from MyVilla Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Mah Sing Group Bhd, to upgrade and build external roads and drainage for the M Nova project here.
The contract is valued at RM16.1 million.
The M Nova project involves the development of 2,080 apartment units across three blocks at Jalan Lingkaran Tengah II.
The project will be executed in two phases.
Phase 1 consists of Tower A & B with 624 apartment units each, while Phase 2 consist of Tower C with 832 apartment units in total.
Minetech executive chairman Abang Abdillah Izzarim said the project will not only strengthen the company's partnership with Mah Sing Group but also underscored its capability in delivering high-quality construction services.
Minetech's share price closed 7.14 per cent or one sen higher at 15 sen with a market capitalisation of RM267.7 million.
