KUALA LUMPUR: Hextar Capital Bhd has bagged RM97.04 million contract to supply materials, labour, tools and equipment for the construction of student hostels at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan in Bachok.
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Hextar Capital said its wholly-owned subsidiary T&J Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted the letter of award (LoA) from Landasan Kapital (M) Sdn Bhd for the project.
As a subcontractor, Hextar said it will supply materials, labour, tools and equipment for the civil & structural, architectural and mechanical works to build the hostels.
According to Hextar Capital, the LOA will not have any effect on the issued share capital and shareholding structure of the company.
Hextar Capital's share price was up 2.56 per cent to 59.5 sen a share, giving it a market capitalisation of RM268.2 million.
