KUALA LUMPUR: Goodyear Malaysia Bhd is looking for buyers for its 11.8 hectare factory site in Section 15, Shah Alam, which was closed on June 30, 2024.
An advertisement in a business weekly said its a sale by tender with potential for redevelopment.
The closing date for the sale run by CBRE WTW Real estate Sdn Bhd, is on Aug 28, 2024 at 12pm.
The closure of the 52-year old factory was revealed in March this year through a widely circulated memo on social media platforms authored by Goodyear Asia Pacific president Nathaniel Madarang.
