Toshiba enhances customer experience

KUALA LUMPUR: Toshiba Sales & Services Sdn Bhd (TSS) has unveiled its newly-renovated showroom in Glenmarie, Shah Alam that enhances the customer experience.

The showroom facelift, TSS said, showcases its dedication to providing an elevated customer experience with state-of-the-art facilities.

TSS general manager Desmond Chong said the showroom reflects the company's dedication to enhance the customer experience in Malaysia.

"We want our customers to feel the premium quality of Toshiba from the moment they step into our showroom," he said.

The showroom now boasts Toshiba's latest innovations, currently showcasing JAPANDi Style innovative slot-in refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, water heaters, and small home appliances including ovens, toaster ovens, rice cookers, and kettles.

"The company remains steadfast in its commitment to provide the best experience for its consumers.

"We will continue to work tirelessly towards innovation and excellence, ensuring that our products and services exceed customer expectations and set new industry standards," Chong added.

To celebrate the showroom's new look, TSS launched the "Beyond Details Buy & Win" campaign from Aug 1 until Jan 15 next year.

The campaign offers customers a chance to walk away with a Lexus ES250 Premium worth RM350,000 with every purchase of Toshiba products.

Chong said the campaign is an opportunity to give back to the company's customers.  

The company also launched Sama-Sama Gemilang campaign from Aug 1 to Sept 30.

Consumers who purchase selected appliances are qualified for a RM1 Purchase with Purchase offer for an electrical toaster or blender.
