KUALA LUMPUR: Koperasi Permodalan Felda Malaysia Berhad (KPF) has declared a distribution of 5.0 per cent dividend for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023 (FY23).
In a statement, KPF said that the distribution involves a total amount of RM108.85 million , which will benefit a total of 255,000 members.
KPF chairman Datuk Mohd Banuri Aris said the close cooperation with the Cooperatives Commission of Malaysia (SKM) enables smooth and effective distribution of the dividend.
"Many processes and stages have been passed to ensure compliance with the prescribed procedures, and along we have successfully carried out this task smoothly and effectively with the guidance and cooperation provided by SKM.
"The management of KPF also should be commended for their dedication in providing all the necessary documentation and ensuring that every step complies with the procedures set by SKM," he said.
He added that Felda and FGV support KPF in ensuring the well-being of settlers, citizens, and staff is guaranteed.
"We are optimistic that with solid support from all parties, KPF will continue to progress and grow, further providing long-lasting benefits to all Felda citizens.
"We hope that all members will continue to support KPFs, while the cooperative will remain strong and able to face any challenge in the future with the continued cooperation and spirit of unity from all parties," he said.
