GEORGE TOWN: Generali Insurance Malaysia Bhd has opened a branch in Penang, the largest branch launched this year, completing a series of strategic expansions in the country.
Its chief executive officer, Fabrice Benard said this latest addition to Generali's network embodies the company's vision to continue innovating and enhancing its services.
"As a strategic location, Penang allows us to better serve a growing and diverse clientele in the region.
"This standalone office reflects our commitment to providing an exceptional experience for customers and an inspiring environment for employees," he said at the branch opening here today.
This Penang branch is equipped with solar panels, reinforcing the commitment to environmental responsibility, Benard said.
The company's previous branch opening was in Sibu, Sarawak, on Aug 3, 2024.
