KUALA LUMPUR: Yinson Holdings Bhd has appointed Lim Poh Seong as its independent non-executive director effective from today.
Lim also serves as an independent non-executive director for Hup Seng Industries Bhd, Samaiden Group Bhd and Farm Price Holdings Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Yinson said Lim brings over 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting, corporate finance, and managing business operations. l
He began his career as an auditor with a major accounting firm before moving into the commercial sector, where he held various roles in the finance and operations divisions of several Malaysian public-listed companies.
"His extensive experience across a diverse range of businesses, as well as on the boards of various Malaysian listed companies as an independent director, will be of significant value to the group," said Yinson group executive chairman Lim Han Weng.
