KUALA LUMPUR: Over the past 20 years, MUl Group has successfully developed 4,500 residential units in the eastern section of Bandar Springhill, demonstrating the group's foresight and commitment.
Now, the group is embarking on a new industrial park development in the Western section of Bandar Springhill with a focus on long-term growth.
MUI Group's executive chairman Andrew Khoo, revealed that over the next three to five years, the group will focus on developing the 800-acre Industrial Park in Western Section of Bandar Springhill.
The development will be carried out in phases, aimed at driving the economic growth of the region.
The development of the Springhill Industrial Park will consist of several phases: the first phase will cover around 160 acres, the second around 120 acres, and the third around 160 acres.
Khoo said the initial development will pave the way for future expansions, with plans for a fourth and fifth phase, covering an estimated 300 to 400 acres.
The Springhill Industrial Park is targeting businesses in the light and medium industrial sectors. MUl Group is currently selling factory units or land parcels to attract interested investors to establish factories in the park, offering promising investment opportunities for various types of businesses.
Strategic location adjacent to Vision Valley 2.0
MUl Group's Springhill Industrial Park is strategically located next to Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0, a project that encompasses high-tech parks, industrial zones, integrated logistics, biocities, and healthcare cities.
The Industrial Park is an integral part of this plan, offering significant advantages for logistics operators and enhancing overall transportation efficiency.
Khoo noted that since the industrial park's development began, it has attracted interest from three Chinese investors.
The presence of these foreign investments not only demonstrates international confidence in the Springhill Industrial Park but also underscores MUI Group's exceptional capability in driving regional economic growth and providing local employment opportunities.
He said that as Malaysia and China mark 50 years of diplomatic relations, the group will continue to provide high-quality infrastructure and services to attract more domestic and foreign investors, realizing the group's long-term development goals.

MUI Group welcomes ANTMED (Shenzhen) to Spring Hill
World-class medical device manufacturer ANTMED has acquired 21 hectacre of development land in the third phase of Springhill Industrial Park.
ANTMED plans to invest up to RM600 million over the next five years, creating an estimated 1,000 jobs locally, with annual sales revenue expected to reach RM 700 million.
This initiative is set to inject sustained vitality and innovation into the local economy.
According to the plan, ANTMED will establish its first automated manufacturing base in Springhill Industrial Park. The first phase of factory construction will incorporate the company's high-standard automation and robotics technology, elevating the industrial level of the area and fostering the development of related industries.
Currently, ANTMED's products are exported to over 120 countries.
