KUALA LUMPUR: News on the latest moves on the stock and crypto markets.
The 30-stock index dipped into negative territory after opening higher following Bank Negara's decision to maintain OPR at three per cent and Donald Trump's return as US President.
The broader market was also negative as trade uncertainty and a potential delay in the US rate cuts following Trump's win, fuelled market volatility.
The index is expected to trend within the 1,630 to 1,640 range for today.
In the crypto market, Bitcoin was trading at RM325,024 after reaching record highs of RM333 yesterday on pro-crypto Trump's re-election.
Ethereum was trending higher at RM11,746, and Solana was up at RM807.
That's it for Market Pulse.
