THIS August, in honour of National Day and The Body Shop's 40th anniversary, the skincare brand is celebrating change and "changemakers" who have made a meaningful impact on individuals and communities.
"The Body Shop has always been an advocate for positive change, guided by ethical and environmental principles. It is only fitting to mark our 40 years of goodness with a Changemaking Campus that encourages others to do the same. We all have opportunities to be a force for good and we hope to inspire individuals to help others by supporting the Gaza Home of Hope and Love project for orphans by Rose2Rose," says The Body Shop Malaysia general manager Dexter Foong.
The Body Shop's Changemaking Campus, which has been set up at Centre Court Mid Valley Megamall KL (until Sept 1) is a sensory haven to empower individuals to learn more about their unique skin needs and how to create personalised skincare solutions that suit them.
During this time, with every purchase from the British Rose range, The Body Shop will contribute RM1 to support the Gaza Home of Hope and Love project by Rose2Rose, an initiative of Humanitarian Care Malaysia (MyCARE).
Rose2Rose supports vulnerable communities such as women and children impacted by conflict, providing opportunities for education and empowerment.
